    Experience in the valuation & survey of residential property, predominantly in the South Manchester/Cheshire districts. Trained by independent Chartered Surveyors and then employed as a corporate valuer/surveyor from 1990 - 2003 with The Halifax Group (Colleys), Lloyds Group (Blackhorse Surveyors) and The Bradford & Bingley Group (BBG Surveyors). Then joined the Monkhouse Partnership and later became a partner. Our 2 partner business changed its name on 14th July 2006 to MHP Surveyors llp.
